Although this match is only a Carling Cup match, but whatever team loses this match will face pressure from media and fans.Man. City has been drawing for 7 consecutive BPL matches,whereas Gunners has lost 2 consecutive BPL matches against Sunderland and Chelsea.Therefore,both teams actually can’t afford to lose this match.A draw will add burden to their schedule that is already packed with more matches.
But Wenger will stick to his youth policy,and that is to play more youth players instead of the first-team players.Therefore I can’t really measure our real performance in this match.If we win then it will be very good,but if we lose then it’s just our youth players are not good enough against the cash-loaded team.
