Clichy – Young players are progressing fast
Source:Arsenal.com
But the problem is,how fast are our players are actually progressing? It’s at least 2-3 years since Wenger claimed that we are in transition period. But now we paid the price of not having silverware for 4 years and we don’t know how long we must suffer before this “transition period” ends.
But anyway,I don’t think we should reverse our decision to let more young players play for our main squad. What is done is done.It will be a lesson to everyone including us to not to play all young players in important games such as BPL games.
Ok,let’s change to other topics. There’s a good news for us,that Aston Villa drew with Stoke yesterday.Last minute goals by Stoke really shot up our Champions League hope.I hope we start to win more games, score more goals and concede less goal. But of course,it’s easier typed than done.We really need to change our tactics and styles to outplay BPL teams.
Our injury list this season is unexceptionally long and with almost all key players like Eduardo,Fabregas,Adebayor and almost forgotten Rosicky injured for months and years,it’s Wenger’s task to make best from our remaining players and I confident that our players could shine when they have right understanding and better coordination.
Bendtner should improve his ball handling. His ball handling is too poor and to be honest, his striking skill really does not qualify to put him as Gunners.Persie on the other hand, needs to have better understanding and coordination with the midfielders. He always misses the crosses and we don’t need a genius to figure out this problem.
