I agree with you.

Dumping too many experienced players in favour of "potential" stars is not quite a correct way to get silverware.

Although Red Devils are somewhat arrogant, but their achievements and styles really give them right to do so.They too have young players, and at a same time keeping some experienced players to watch and balance their young players.

But I don't think Chelsea,AC Milan's policy is good.Even though Blue burnt a lot of money into their team, but their achievement isn't really worth the money and effort spent. You must remember that Milan is currently playing in UEFA Cup.

I am very disappointed with the outcome of the match between Arsenal and Sunderland.Arsen Wenger's magic is now coming back to haunt him. It is great to have a lot of young promising players, but no team, and I repeat, not team has ever won anything with teenagers. Barcelona, AC Milan, Manchester United and Real Madrid have won trophies with a combination of young and matured players. Also, Arsenal had its best days with a combination of young and matured players. since Wenger switched to this "youth only"policy, Arsenal has won nothing and its not likely to win anything. Look at Man United, Ac Milan and Chelsea, they are all doing better with older players. So what are we trying to prove?

Arsenal has no defensive midfielder and yet they want to win trophies. Denilson and Song are trying better than their age mates, but they are being asked to do the job of men. Stephen appiah of Ghana is available for free, yet Arsene Wenger stubornly refuses to consider him. Why build a world class stadium only to lose there to a team like Hull (no disrespect intended)? They should have stayed at the old stadium and used the money to buy more matured players.

It is time for Wenger to drop this youth only policy and go back to what worked for us in the past - a combination of youth and matured players. Look at the role Giggs, Scholes and Neville are playing for Man. United. Who said matured players have no place in top class football. The fans should et Wenger know what they think of his youth only policy.
