This website is out for 3 months

March 16th, 2009

Sorry to say that I will be not able to update this website due to my busyness.

I have to attend my National Service from 20th March to 8th of June and since I can’t find anyone good enough to update my site for this time frame,I have to announce that this site will be dead for 3 months.

But it’s just 3 months,no more than that.I will be back with articles, and transfer rumours will be flying around by that time.See you soon.

Arsenal went through to quarter-final

March 12th, 2009

Actually I’m quite tired when I typed this post, but Gunners victory yesterday kept my hands typing.

To be frank,we weren’t at our best and ditto for Roma. After 80 minute of play, both teams created poor or little chances and the game was brought to 30 minutes extra-time,and penalty shoot-out.Even the penalty shoot-out was so tight to the extent of playing sudden-death level.

Roma’s first goal is totally a defensive error from us and we should have avoided it easily. But we just can’t explain why we made such a mistake.

Anyway,we won the game and it clearly looks that we must play better and better to come again to Stadio Olimipcio as UCL finalist.

Arsenal 3-0 Burnley

March 8th, 2009

Another triple score for us!!!!!

Although we won very comfortably this time, there were times when our defence looked shaky and physically disadvantaged.

But a praise and highlight for Vela, who did very well in his finishing to present Gunners a goal ahead of Burnley.

Burnley played a real football with us,and may be that could explain why they lost quite badly. They didn’t defend with 10 men,and they played their normal attacking style. But they looked dangerous too in their attack.

Eduardo’s goal seemed to be offside,at least to me.But Persie’s offside goal is certainly onside and legal and I think the linesman really made a wrong decision.Persie too need to improve his finishing.I’m waiting for Persie to score a goal.

The worst player for us was Djourou;he sometimes made our defence looked shaky and and there were time when he nearly gave Burnley a penalty-kick.And same goes too when he played at West Brom game.He really needs to improve.
