Arsenal For Fans – Gunn them down

Arsenal started attacking as early as first minute but Persie made it hand ball.Instead of scoring a goal,Persie got a yellow card.

At 11th minute,it’s the Reds turn to scare us when Crouch kicked the ball into Gunner’s net but it’s off-side.

Hyppia strikes at 18 minute but it went wide.

At 25th minute,Henry shot the ball into the net but it went neatly into Reina’s hand.

Gonzalez shot a first-timer kick but it went just slightly higher than the goal.

At 41th minute,Hleb passed the ball to Fabregas and he crossed it and Flamini did the finishing into the net.No off-side this time.

Arsenal has slightly better control in the pitch and I hope they can maintain till the end of this match.If Arsenal could win this match then Arsenal could get back their ‘face’ after drew with CSKA and Everton and lost to Hammers last week.And Wenger’s temper could be cooller.

Arsenal will face Liverpool at home within 24 hours from the time I type this post.

Two draws and a lost will be really a frustration for all Arsenal fans including me and the most frustrated is Wenger as Gunner did never win despite their domination in most of their games.
Fortunately this disappointment were lessen a little bit last two days when they beat Everton 1-0 and confidence is needed the face Red Giants this weekend.

Did you notice,before Arsenal face big teams they will suffer two draws,one lost and one win.Before Arsenal face Manchester United,Arsenal drew with Aston Villa and Middlesbrough,lost to Manchester City and most of people predicted that Arsenal could never beat Devils in that form and in Old Trafford.For your information,Arsenal had never beat Manchester United since about 5 years ago.And the worst is our King Henry is out in that game.But somehow Arsenal had done it,beat the Devils in the Theatre of Dreams.And after that Gunner’s form is back on track after that.

But it’s just talk only,we need to rely to our skills and determination to win Liverpool this weekend.Steven Gerrard had always perform not quite good when playing against Arsenal.Missing penalty kicks in Anfield and a costly backpass mistake to Theirry Henry makes Arsenal managed to beat Liverpool in Highbury last season.Dirk Kuyt and Crouch and potentially dangerous strikers therefore our backfour Gallas,Toure,Flamini and Clichy perhaps have to work hard defending against them.Just now I went to Arsenal.com website and there is sad news that Tomas Rosicky had to be out for 10 days means he could miss the Liverpool tie this weekend,the Newcastle game and even the Champions League match against Hamburg or short words,the Gunner continuous 3 home matches.

A draw or a lost will be terrible for Arsenal because most likely Arsenal will drop to at least 7th place or more therefore this match is must-win for Arsenal.

Adebayor scored a late winning goal just 5 minutes before the final whistle to send Gunners further in the Carling Cup Championship.

Although 3 Arsenal players got 1 yellow card each,the Toffees suffered even more when James Mcfadden were sent off.

This will give Arsenal more confidence to face Liverpool this weekend.Almunia was substituted at half-time because of injury.However,he should be fit for the next match against Liverpool incase needed.

Here’s the current Premiership table;

Although Portsmouth and Bolton lost their game last weekend,Arsenal couldn’t take advantage when even themselves suffer a last-minute defeat by the Hammers.Although I knew that Arsenal wasn’t playing well,but I didn’t expect Arsenal could lost the game.A draw may be a more fair result.

Actually the game is a small matter,but the controversial fight(not a fight actually but just some pushing) between Wenger and Pardew after Harewood scored the winning goal remains in my mind.And most Arsenal player I saw after the match ends were very angry and even refused to exchange jersey with the West Ham player.

Chelsea were actually suffered same thing like Gunners when they lost 2-1 to Spurs(Maybe birthday present to Ferguson)and the worst of all,Chelsea captain John Terry was sent off.

Fortunately,despite Arsenal loss to Hammers,Arsenal can still stay at fifth place when Toffees lost to Fulham 1-0.

Arsenal must win next weekend,even the Reds.A lost will bring Arsenal to 8-9th place maybe.
